Patient 1 underwent a ‘Britesmile’ whitening treatment. After this, the six upper, front teeth were prepared and had porcelain veneers placed. In addition to this, two porcelain crowns were placed to mask cracked and worn down teeth in the lower arch. |

To reduce the misalignment and confused shading of the teeth, Patient 4 elected to have all of their silver amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white tooth coloured filling material.Then, the lower teeth were prepared for 4 crowns in the front. Whilst preparing the teeth, the dentist is able to reduce the appearance of the misalignment.At this time, the four front upper teeth were also improved dramatically with porcelain crowns. |
